Валидация на код

[vinsbg]

Здравейте,
един въпрос относно валидация. Получавам това и не знам какво точно трябва да го направя за да стане ?

Line 4, Column 16: Element head is missing a required instance of child element title.

<div id="topad">

Content model for element head:
If the document is an iframe srcdoc document or if title information is available from a higher-level protocol: Zero or more elements of metadata content.
Otherwise: One or more elements of metadata content, of which exactly one is a title element.

Line 25, Column 46: Stray end tag html.

<html class="">

Line 25, Column 46: Cannot recover after last error. Any further errors will be ignored.

<html class="">

А това е самия код където са:

<!DOCTYPE html>

 <html class="">

<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" <?php language_attributes('xhtml'); ?>>
<head profile="http://gmpg.org/xfn/11">
