Два въпроса - img и последни теми от форума

Имам 2 въпроса. Първият ми е следния: значи как в сайта linkbg.com има две картинки на който пише последно от линкбг инфо и последно от форумите. Та въпросът ми е следният как са ги направили една до друга, защото аз опитвам в сайтчето си да направя 2 картинки 1 до друга, но немога. плс хелп
Вториаят ми въпрос: а как линкбг.цом са направили последните теми от форума да варвят по картинка? ако не ми вервате че е каринка цъкнете с дясно копче на картинката и после преглед на изображението

Да, но нещо немога да сложа мойте си картинки просто когато ги сложа не ми показва нищо. какъв е проблема? ако искаш и картинките да ти дам?

Нямам форум за да го пробвам, но може би стана.
Картинката трябва да е в същата папка с кода.
