Как да направя страницата да се рефрешва...

Здравейте,как да направя страницата да се рефрешва,но не цялата а дадена част както http://kefche.com/ там със масовите?Направихме ги ,но не можем да направим да се рефрешва страницата..Който ми помогне +1.
