Трябва ми контакт форма за phpbb2 с място за прикачени файлове.


Трябва ми много спешно!!!!!!

Имам и още един въпрос как да променя тази контакт форма с която разполага форума , в нея искам да добавя още 2 полета за писане и две за прикачени файлове.
