Къде бъркам в тази интеграция на сайт и форум?

Ползвам този урок да си интегрирам сайта и форума : http://web-tourist.net/login/login/view.php?st=1103

Но все ми дава грешка аз го тествам на домашния си компютър данеби това да е причината?
