Помогнете за валиден XHTML 1.0 Strict

Така ... имам 1 script-че за random img

var images = new Array();
images[0] = "img/img1.gif";
images[1] = "img/img2.gif";

function randomImage() {
var i = Math.floor(Math.random()*images.length);
document.images['randomImage'].src=images;
}

извиквам го в кода така

<body onload="randomImage()">
....
<img name="randomImage" alt="randomImage" />
....
</body>

работи си идеално ,но validator-а ми дава грешка ,защото използвам name в <img/> ,това е на XHTML 1.0 Strict ... как мога да го оправя за да не дава грешка във validator-а

Ето самата грешка:

The attribute given above is required for an element that you've used, but you have omitted it. For instance, in most HTML and XHTML document types the "type" attribute is required on the "script" element and the "alt" attribute is required for the "img" element.

Пробва ли дали бачка така както си го написал? Най-вероятно задавам тъп въпрос понеже не го чаткам javascript-a ,но ... Все пак мерси...
