Проблем с Encoding

Здравейте,имам следния проблем - контактна форма която изпраща на имейл-а ми ареве .. Пробвах с <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" /> , $headers .= "Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8\r\n"; , и какво ли не,но не става и не става. Това е кода.Благодаря на отзовалите се!
