Разместване под IE

Здравейте.
Получавам доста голямо разместване под IE на следния адрес http://77.77.59.48/r3sp3k7/Мисля че е от css защото html ми е валидно, то валидатора показва че и css е валидно, но има голямо разместване.Може ли някой да ми помогне да го оправя защото в css не съм много добре.Ето цсс файла

ПП: Коментарите не са от мен, защото неразбирам и използвах готов цсс за 2 колони и по него кодирах дизайна.Незнам от кое идва проблемът, надявам се някой по разбиращ да ми помогне :)
 
А ве кой ти е казал на теб или къде си чел , че можеш да ползваш position:absolute; float:left; на един елемент? Също и - кви са тез маргини когато имаш абсолют.Да си чувал за left и top ? Бекграунда защо не се вижда в ие-то , ами пробвай да оставиш малко разстояниица в кода ->
background: url() left top; - примерно.
 
Oще в първия пост написах че не разбирам от цсс.Опитах се тук таме да го оправя, но останаха още бъгове който аз немога да оправя за съжеление защото си нямам напредстава от какво идват.Също така е интерсно че png fix-са не работи. Ако има някой който може да ми помогне за тези няколко грешки ще съм страшно благодарен.Ето цсс както го направих сега
