Ще ти го обясня, за да можеш да се научиш.
Значи трябва ти примерно папка ./videos, където ще седят видеотата. Името на всяко видео трябва да съвпада с името, което е записано в базата данни. След това си вадиш името от БД и го подаваш на плеъра.
Пример:

<player_code.. video="./videos/'.$videoname.'.flv" >

videos ти е директорията с видето
$videoname ти е името на видеото, което го извеждаш от БД
.flv ти е разширението

П.П. - това с кода на видео плеъра е само примерен код и реално не работи.
