import Excell в MySQL с PHP код

Здравейте,
как може да направя да вмъквам екслекса таблица в MySQL базата ми данни, без да ми се налага да влизам в MyPhpAdmin ?

Прегледах няколко кода в нет-а, но не намерих нищо добро! Ще се радвам, ако някой който е правил нещо подобно ми помогне

от csv няма проблем, дори става много лесно, само запазваш екселския файл в csv и си го импортваш после в mysql
